How does an iGuide Session work?
Prepare your property
Our photographers then come in with the 360 camera and scan your space. We capture every nook and cranny but not all areas have to be shown to the public. That is just to get the measurements.
We scan the property and upload
Our Team then uploads for the drafting of the 360 spaces. We review the scans to make sure the final panoramic shots are going to be successful. Before upload and we prepare the drafters with what important info they need to be 100% accurate on the final product.
Final Delivery
After the Images and the floor plans are drafted, we review the final reports and your products are then emailed to you to embed in the living or any website. If you have a website listing for your photography, your scan is loaded there also.
