When photographing vacation rentals outside of our primary service area, we assess a travel fee based on the distance to the property. This ensures that we provide top-notch photography services while accounting for the time and resources spent on travel. Fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis, with a flat rate for properties within a certain range and additional costs for longer distances. For more remote locations, accommodations may be necessary and can be negotiated as part of the overall package. We use lighting and high dynamic range which is decided on, what best suits the property. A consultation is required, during which we can discuss accommodations and other details which include a day rate or package rate. If you have multiple properties needing photography, this can be especially beneficial. We grant a usage license for the images that is flexible and tailored to your property size or marketing needs.
