What is it like when we are in the field?

All of our photographers use gear that is designed for pros. We can work in the lowest of light and can capture that dark room. We photograph using the latest techniques ( we have a few ) to bring out the depth in images and make the viewer want to walk into the next room. We compose our images carefully so we can bring out the lines and patterns of a room which entices the viewer. We follow the flow of the property. What does that mean? If you have a deck outside of your kitchen, we go out there and capture that flow as it is very important to your property before we travel to the bedrooms. We deliver the images in the flow of the property and that is how we tell the story! Clutter-free photographs are essential in real estate photography because they allow potential buyers to focus on the space itself rather than being distracted by personal belongings or unnecessary items. A clean, uncluttered room appears larger, more inviting, and well-maintained, which helps buyers imagine their own belongings in the space and emotionally connect with the property.

Clutter can make a room feel cramped or chaotic, reducing its appeal and making it harder for viewers to see the property’s true potential. Removing clutter also elevates the property’s presentation, making it look more professional and polished. This first impression is crucial, as buyers are more likely to consider a home that feels open, clean, and ready to move into.

Do we have to photograph every room?

Timeless Nebraska Media does NOT charge by the photo but by the square footage of a property. We guestimate how many images you get but we believe in telling the story of a room or property.

Photographing almost every room in a property during real estate photography is essential because it gives potential buyers a comprehensive view of the space, allowing them to envision living there. Each room adds to the overall understanding of the property’s layout, flow, and features, which can help buyers make an informed decision.

However, there are exceptions. Typically, rooms like small closets, utility rooms, or unfinished storage areas can be left out unless they offer unique features or ample space that adds value to the listing. The goal is to highlight the spaces buyers care most about, like living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms, while omitting areas that may detract from the appeal or are less relevant. We believe a laundry room is very important to a Family with 7 kids. This image would be great for them.
